How can I reactivate my expired Kanopy account? (mobile device)

Answer

To reactivate an expired Kanopy account using a mobile device:

1. Open the Kanopy App

2. If needed, log in with whatever username and password you used to create your Kanopy account (it may not be the same credentials you use to access Saddleback databases).

3. If you aren’t immediately taken to your membership page, click on the “More” icon on the bottom left of your screen.

4. Click on the red “Expired” button next to Saddleback College.

5. Click the red “Next” button at the bottom of the page.

6. Enter your Saddleback username and password (the same credentials you use to log in to Canvas).

*If you don’t know your Saddleback username and password, visit https://mysite.socccd.edu/Portal/Password/Reset.aspx to reset your password or recover your username

7. Your account is now reactivated and you can stream films on your device!
